Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay.

Exceptional hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My double queen room looked recently remodeled. Was upsold to a bigger room with a view of the Sphere. Very cool. Only complaint was being charged $20 for parking on top of the $55 resort fee. Seems like a lot to add to an already premium hotel! Would definitely stay again, nonetheless.
